In addition to talk therapy we may need to go deeper and process somatically. Trauma responses and processing may get stuck in the body and form somatic responses, hence feeling anxious in your stomach, getting tense when you are angry, or feeling like your words are stuck in your throat. I am to bring you the best treatment to help you heal from trauma. I implement the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or Brainspotting to help clients get in touch and reprocess past trauma in order to move forward.
