  • Therapy can help you in many ways. It can help you dive deeper into what you want to improve or change. It can increase self-awareness, insight into your own problems, develop life long coping skills along with developing better relationships with yourself and others. Therapy can also help bring relief to symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and trauma.

  • This may depend on what is going on in your life for you at this moment. Some questions to ask yourself are:

    Is there a recent stressor or life change that increases your anxiety and you are having difficulty coping?

    Are you struggling with sleep or eating habits?

    Do you find yourself having frequent crying spells?

    Are you ruminating on the past frequently which impedes you from being present with others?

    Are your coping skills not healthy or are your relationships with others not flourishing?

    If you answered yes to any of these questions I encourage you to schedule a consultation with me.

  • Your sessions will depend on your individual goals. We will focus on current life issues or history that is related to your goals. Depending on your needs therapy may be short or long term.

    It is also encouraged that you attend therapy at least 1x weekly or bi-weekly to see progress, otherwise your progress may be significantly slowed.

    It is vital that not only you participate in sessions but also participate in completing any homework assigned by your therapist.

  • If you do not see your insurance listed then you will have to pay out of pocket for services.

    Self-Pay is $160 per 1 hour session

    You may also utilize your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flex Savings Account) if you have one.

    I may also provide you with a Superbill to possibly obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. This is not always guaranteed and it is encouraged for you to check with your insurance company about your Out of Network (OON) benefits.

  • $175 for a 1-hour session

    *Credit cards, HSA, and FSA are accepted forms of payment.

    Superbills are provided to obtain possible reimbursement with your insurance. It is your responsibility to inquire with your insurance to understand your out-of-network (OON) benefits.
