What is a Trauma Intensive?

A Trauma Intensive is a highly personalized 1-3 day healing experience designed to help you process trauma in a way that honors your nervous system. Using a combination of EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic trauma work, we’ll focus on what you need most—whether that’s releasing past wounds, creating more safety in your body, or breaking through what’s been holding you back.
