Support for Mothers in McDonough, Ga
Being a new mom is supposed to be one of joy and happiness, but may also be met with sadness, feelings of overwhelm, and challenges. Whether you are a mom of one or multiple children, being a parent can be both a time of excitement and difficulty.
You are most likely trying to keep it together. The Instagram and social media posts make motherhood nothing short of easy, blissful, and loving. However, most people only post their parenting highs. I mean, other moms seem to have it together but that is not always the case. What about the lows? The lows of not keeping it together, needing a break, the to-do list gets longer, and you are feeling lost.
You are trying to hold it together but things are really falling apart.
Being a mom is tough. Here at The Pathway to Wellness, we get it. Motherhood is not perfect and has so many parts that we are juggling. Not only are we figuring out motherhood but, work, home, and other family members may need us too.
You are no longer alone in this process. We see you. You are hurting, stressed, and want to figure it out.
You can have the support that you need in your motherhood journey. We can figure it out together.
A new pathway to wellness is right around the corner for you.

You are in good care!
I know a thing or two about prenatal and postpartum care. I am trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and I am the South Atlanta Coordinator for Postpartum Support International, LLC where I provide resources and I am able to support expecting and postpartum mothers through the changes that occur during these phases.
Collaborative Care
I believe in the power of collaboration and coordination of care with other birth workers, OB/GYNs, and pediatricians so that we can work together to identify your needs, including the needs of the family and baby. This holistic approach aids me in also identifying any challenges you may be facing as well as any postpartum issues.
